Whenever you are sick, what do you do?

Take medicine, go see the doctor.

But mental well being is not treated like this, it is seen as a weakness, something to be ashamed of, and many unfortunately see it as there is something wrong with you.

But this is not the proper attitude to deal with mental illness and will only lead to continual issues and deeper anxiety.

Mental well being should be treated the same as physical well being.

Just like going out to exercise, eating the right things.

If you get physically sick, you take care of yourself until you are better.

And so you should with your mental well being.

Introduction to Quranic Wellness

Quranic Wellness is a place to help build structure, maintain and improve mental wellness, as well as supporting anyone struggling with anxiety, depression, being down in the dumps or similar maladies.

We take lessons and guidance from the Quran and see how it can be applied to our lives.

You don’t need to be a muslim to listen to and act upon its guidance.

It is free to all.

It is a faith based healing and maintenance program.

And I repeat, you don't have to be a muslim, nor will you ever be asked to become one. (*but of course, if you would like to learn more about Islam we have resources for you).

In fact, the Quran explicitly states, ‘let there be no coercion in religion’.

And as our program uses the Quran for guidance, you can be assured that this will be followed.

We will align with teachings from other religions such as Christianity, Buddhism and other faiths where we can draw compatible resources from.
